Our CPO-certified technician arrives, performs a full diagnosis, and documents the failure with photos and written notes — exactly what your warranty company requires.

We Submit the Report

We prepare and submit all required documentation to your warranty company on your behalf. No paperwork headaches. No back-and-forth on your end.

Step 04
Repair Completed

Once approved, we complete the repair using professional-grade parts. All work is backed by our 30-day labor and plumbing warranty — in addition to any coverage your warranty plan provides.

When Green Valley sources and installs your equipment, the warranty is fully intact. If you purchase equipment yourself and bring it to us, we will install it — but we cannot guarantee the manufacturer warranty will be honored.
