This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Green Valley Ops Reporting ("the Application"), a software integration owned and operated by Green Valley Pool Service & Repair ("Green Valley," "we," "us"). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Application, you agree to the terms below.
1. License Grant
Green Valley grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for internal business operations. The Application is not distributed, sold, sublicensed, or made available to the general public.
2. Permitted Use
The Application reads accounting records from QuickBooks Online company files owned or controlled by Green Valley in order to produce internal weekly reports for management review. Records read may include invoices, customers, payments, items, vendors, and related accounting data.
3. Read-Only Operation
The Application does not create, modify, or delete records in any connected QuickBooks Online company. Its access is limited to reading data for reporting purposes.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application. You may not use the Application to access any QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to access. You may not use the Application in violation of Intuit's terms of service or any applicable law.
5. Data Access and Handling
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data through Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. Data retrieved through the Application is used only to generate internal reports. We do not sell QuickBooks data, and we do not transfer it to advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Disconnection
You may disconnect a QuickBooks Online company from the Application at any time through the QuickBooks Online Apps menu or through the Intuit App Store. On disconnection, the Application's access tokens are revoked and it can no longer read data in that company file.
7. Ownership
Green Valley retains all right, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement transfers no ownership.
8. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Green Valley does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Valley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application, including loss of data or loss of profits.
10. Termination
Green Valley may suspend or terminate this license at any time. Sections 7 through 9 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
