Is a Credit — Not a Cost
Every service call carries a diagnostic fee. But here is what sets us apart: if you approve our repair quote, that service call fee is applied as a full credit toward the total cost of the repair. You are not paying twice — the diagnostic is simply rolled into the job.
If you choose not to proceed, you have still paid for a professional diagnosis from a CPO-certified technician — a written assessment of exactly what is wrong with your equipment and what it will take to fix it. That is valuable information regardless of what you decide next.
Premium and Elite plan members receive an additional repair discount on top of the credit — one more reason a maintenance plan pays for itself.

We complete the repair using professional-grade parts and test the system before leaving. You are not billed until the work is done and confirmed.
Documentation
You receive a full service report including what was repaired, parts used, and any follow-up recommendations.

30-Day Labor & Plumbing Warranty
Every repair completed by Green Valley Pool Service & Repair is backed by a 30-day labor and plumbing warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days of our completed repair, we come back and make it right at no additional labor or plumbing charge.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to. We do not consider a repair finished until your equipment is running correctly — and we stand behind our work after we leave.
The Risk of Buying Equipment Yourself
Major pool equipment manufacturers — including Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy — typically require professional, authorized installation for the manufacturer warranty to remain valid. Equipment purchased off-site and installed by an unauthorized party may void that warranty entirely.
That means if a pump you purchased online fails within the warranty period, the manufacturer can decline the claim because it was not installed by an authorized professional. You are left with a failed pump and no recourse.
When we source and install your equipment, we handle everything — procurement, installation, and warranty registration. The manufacturer warranty is fully intact, and our 30-day labor and plumbing warranty covers the installation itself.

Pool repairs are an inevitable part of pool ownership. Our Premium and Elite service plans are designed to reduce the financial impact when equipment fails — so you are not caught off guard by a large repair bill.
Premium plan members receive a repair discount on all service calls. Elite plan members receive a $500 annual repair credit — applied directly to any repair work completed during the year. Both benefits are included in the plan at no additional charge.
Certified Diagnosis

Most pool repair technicians are trained on the job. Our team is trained to the Certified Pool Operator standard — the same certification required by commercial facilities, health departments, and inspectors. That means our diagnosis goes deeper than "the pump is broken." We identify root causes, assess the impact on your water chemistry, and recommend repairs that address the actual problem.
We are the only pool service company in Yuma with a CPO instructor leading the team. Every technician is trained to the same standard.
Green Valley is an authorized service provider for major home warranty companies. If your pool equipment fails, we can be dispatched directly as your approved repair contractor — CPO certified, licensed, bonded, and insured.
